開発者は、iOS / iPadOS アプリ「MoniMoni」および watchOS companion アプリ（以下、総称して「本アプリ」）におけるユーザ情報の取扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシーを定めます。ユーザは本アプリを利用することにより、本プライバシーポリシー、利用規約および特定商取引法に基づく表記の内容に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリはカメラ映像を用いた検知・録画機能を提供します。録画ファイル、静止画、フレーム画像、骨格座標、顔特徴量、表情スコア詳細を外部サーバーへ送信しません。
本アプリは監視・録画機能を提供するため、ユーザの端末上で以下の情報を扱います。
カメラ映像、録画ファイル、静止画、フレーム画像、骨格座標、顔特徴量、表情スコア詳細は端末外へ送信しません。
開発者は、本アプリの品質向上、不具合調査、利用状況の把握および機能改善のため、Firebase Analytics その他のツールにより個人情報を含まないログを取得します。
取得する場合があるログの例：
ログには、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、カメラ映像、録画ファイル、静止画、フレーム画像、骨格座標、顔特徴量、表情スコア詳細、検知座標の連続送信、その他個人情報を含めません。ユーザ識別子（広告 ID、IDFV を含む）も送信しません。
ユーザは設定画面の 「利用状況の送信」トグル から、Firebase Analytics への送信をいつでも停止できます。
設定画面でメールアドレスを登録した場合、検知時に外部のメール送信サービスへ以下の情報を送信します。
録画ファイル、静止画、フレーム画像、顔特徴量、骨格座標、表情スコア詳細は送信しません。メールアドレスは設定画面からいつでも削除できます。削除後は次回検知時からメール送信を行いません。
本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、当該サービスがそれぞれのポリシーに基づき情報を取得する場合があります。

各サービスのプライバシーポリシー：
本アプリは監視・検知・録画機能の提供のためカメラ権限を求めます。カメラ映像は端末内での処理のみに使用し、外部へ送信しません。権限を付与しない場合、監視機能を利用できません。権限は iOS の設定アプリからいつでも変更できます。
本アプリは検知通知等のためプッシュ通知権限を求める場合があります。通知権限を付与しない場合でも、本アプリの基本的な監視・録画機能は利用できます。
本アプリは、AdMob による広告配信のため、App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許諾を求める場合があります。ユーザは iOS の設定から許諾状態を変更できます。許諾しない場合でも、本アプリは利用できますが、非パーソナライズ広告が配信される場合があります。
骨格推定および表情スコア推定は、端末内でのみ処理します。推定結果は本人識別、顔認識、個人属性推定には使用しません。骨格座標、顔特徴量、表情スコア詳細は外部へ送信しません。Analytics にも表情ラベル、表情スコア、顔座標、顔特徴量を送信しません。
watchOS companion アプリは、iPhone 側が生成した確認用プレビューフレームと検知サマリーを受信・表示します。録画ファイルの正本、骨格座標、顔特徴量、表情スコア詳細は Apple Watch に永続保存しません。一時的なプレビュー表示用データは永続保存しません。
開発者は、本アプリで扱う情報を以下の目的で利用します。
開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザの個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、広告配信、課金、アプリ配信等のために Google、Apple その他の第三者サービスが各自のポリシーに基づき情報を取得する場合があります。また、メール通知を有効にした場合、メール送信サービスへ検知サマリー情報を送信します。
本アプリは 13 歳未満または各国法令で定められる年齢未満の子供を対象としていません。
開発者は、本アプリまたは第三者サービスの利用に関連して生じた損害、録画やデータの消失、広告や課金に関する問題、端末や OS の不具合その他一切の事項について、法令上許容される最大限の範囲で一切の責任を負いません。
開発者は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを改定できます。改定後のポリシーは、本アプリ内、App Store 上または開発者が適切と判断する方法で表示された時点から効力を生じます。ユーザが改定後に本アプリを利用した場合、改定後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

The developer defines this Privacy Policy for the handling of user information in the iOS / iPadOS app "MoniMoni" and its watchOS companion app (collectively, the "App"). By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and the notation based on Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
The App provides detection and recording features using camera footage. Recording files, still images, frame images, skeleton coordinates, facial features, and expression score details are never sent to external servers.
To provide monitoring and recording features, the App handles the following information on the user's device:

The developer may collect logs that do not include personal information through Firebase Analytics and other tools for quality improvement, issue investigation, usage analysis, and feature improvement.
Examples of logs that may be collected:
Logs do not include names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, camera footage, recording files, still images, frame images, skeleton coordinates, facial features, expression score details, continuous streams of detection coordinates, or other personal information. User identifiers, including advertising ID and IDFV, are not sent.
Users can stop sending data to Firebase Analytics at any time from the "Send Usage Data" toggle in Settings.
When an email address is registered in Settings, the following information is sent to an external email delivery service upon detection:
Recording files, still images, frame images, facial features, skeleton coordinates, and expression score details are not sent. The email address can be deleted from Settings at any time; after deletion, no emails will be sent from the next detection onward.
The App uses the following third-party services, and those services may collect information according to their respective policies.

Privacy policies for each service:
The App requests camera permission to provide monitoring, detection, and recording features. Camera footage is used only for on-device processing and is not sent externally. If camera permission is not granted, monitoring features cannot be used. Permission can be changed at any time in the iOS Settings app.
The App may request push notification permission for detection alerts and other notifications. The App's basic monitoring and recording features remain usable even without notification permission.
The App may request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission for ad delivery through AdMob. Users can change the permission status in iOS Settings. The App remains usable even if permission is not granted, but non-personalized ads may be delivered.
Skeleton estimation and expression-score estimation are processed on the device only. The results are not used for personal identification, face recognition, or personal attribute estimation. Skeleton coordinates, facial features, and expression score details are never sent externally. Expression labels, expression scores, face coordinates, and facial features are also not sent to Analytics.
The watchOS companion app receives and displays confirmation-purpose preview frames and detection summaries generated by the iPhone. Recording files, skeleton coordinates, facial features, and expression score details are not persistently stored on the Apple Watch. Temporary data used for preview display is not persistently stored.
The developer uses information handled by the App for the following purposes:
The developer does not provide users' personal information to third parties except as required by law. However, Google, Apple, and other third-party services may collect information according to their own policies for ad delivery, billing, app distribution, and related purposes. When email notifications are enabled, detection summary information is sent to an email delivery service.
The App is not intended for children under 13 years old or under the age specified by applicable laws in each country or region.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer assumes no responsibility for damages, recording or data loss, ad or billing issues, device or OS issues, or any other matters arising in connection with use of the App or third-party services.
The developer may revise this Privacy Policy as necessary. The revised policy becomes effective when displayed in the App, on the App Store, or by another method the developer considers appropriate. If users use the App after the revision, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised policy.
